#Shoemall.com, I gotta say, this place is terrible! As a newbie shopper, I made an order and ended up with the wrong pair of shoes. It took me more than half an hour just to reach customer service. After being passed to a manager, I was assured there wouldn't be a return fee. Turns out that was a lie, even though it was noted in their system. I called again, and after another long wait of 30 minutes, I spoke to Linda, the supervisor, who claimed she would refund the shipping cost... you know, the one that was already meant to be refunded with the first return. Honestly, just steer clear of this company... they’re a bunch of CROOKS!

I reached out to Welldoing.org on either January 1st or 2nd and have been in touch with Alice regularly since then, who provided me with several fitting therapists.

Alice presented me with options that matched my preferences, allowing me to select from three promising therapists with different prices and time slots that would work best for me.

I haven’t had a therapy session with my chosen therapist yet, but I’m really looking forward to it.

This service was quicker than I expected, and I’m genuinely impressed and thankful for the quick efforts made to help me find a suitable therapist.

There’s just not enough work coming in to make it worth my while. Feels like I’m just throwing money away. More effort is needed from Welldoing to boost their visibility on search engines to attract clients; otherwise, it’s not beneficial for professionals.

It’d be smart to offer a free trial for therapists, and if it turns out to be valuable, they’d be more than happy to pay to stick around.

The fee for verifying professional membership seems unreasonable, as a quick Google search (using the professional body, like the BACP register, where qualified registered counselors/therapists are listed with valid credentials) can easily confirm that. Welldoing is just raking in cash for nothing on that front.
